Greenberg Traurig’s London Real Estate Finance Team Achieves Record Year, Promotes William Lo to Shareholder
LONDON, April 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Greenberg Traurig, LLP‘s London Real Estate Finance team has delivered a record year, advising on transactions with a combined value exceeding £5 billion across a broad range of asset classes, clients, and financing structures.
Reflecting the team’s continued growth, William Lo has been promoted to shareholder, recognising his key role in the practice and its ongoing development. Priyanka Verma also was promoted, to senior associate, underscoring the breadth and depth of the team, which comprises four shareholders and nine attorneys.
