USA Basketball’s Coaching Dream Team: A Masterclass in Leadership

Four of the best basketball coaches in the world are teaming up for the 2024 Paris Olympics. Led by U.S. head coach Steve Kerr (Golden State Warriors) and assistant coaches Ty Lue (Los Angeles Clippers), Mark Few (Gonzaga), and Erik Spoelstra (Miami Heat), Team USA’s coaching staff is enjoying what they call a “masterclass in coaching.”

• “You have these meetings every day and you go, ‘Oh, that’s a really good idea. I hadn’t thought of doing something that way.’”
