CLEVELAND, Feb. 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — The Board of Directors of The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.79 per common share, an increase of 10.5% over the $0.715 paid in the same quarter in 2024, payable on March 14, 2025, to shareholders of record on March 3, 2025. This increase follows 46 consecutive years of dividend increases.
